Shipping policy

Visit global tracking -To track all orders! Some orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL, and our store will automatically email your tracking numbers upon dispatch of your order. Download the app to track your order faster! After you order, we process your order, which is 5-7 business (not weekend days) processing days after the order is placed to ensure we have your payment cleared. After processing, we require 25-45 days for items to arrive. Follow your tracking number. Once we ship, the merchandise is en route, and there’s nothing we can do but track the order. Custom merchandise could take longer, so please understand during this unfortunate situation. No exceptions. You agree to our shipping terms when you place your order. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. 

*We're a drop-ship company using dropship vendors' stock photos! We hold no liability for infringement and would like to be contacted should your legal content show up on our website at any time! We respect everyone's property. However, we cannot always know if vendors' use of stock photos belongs to any certain company, person, or entity. 

You agree upon ordering (you), the buyer/customer agrees to purchase our custom merchandise—no exceptions for refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges. 

By law, we asked appropriate vendors to use pictures and were told it was fine. We'll have no problem removing any content that is rightfully owned by you or your company. We apologize in advance. Please allow us to remove the content before proceeding with legal actions and make it fair by doing the right thing. Thank you
