At Veil & Vogue, we strive to provide the best shopping experience, and we want to be clear about our store policies before you place an order.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We may offer store credit or exchanges at our discretion.
If your order is incorrect due to our mistake, we will exchange it for the correct item.
No exchanges due to color discrepancies monitor settings vary, so please read the product description carefully.
Cancellations & Store Credit
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If an item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Store credits must be used within 30 days or they will be forfeited.
Returns Not Accepted-
We will not accept returns for the following reasons:
Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
Orders placed with incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before purchasing).
Delays in shipping, please be patient, your order will arrive.
Color variations due to screen differences.
Fabric thickness, texture, or minor imperfections that do not affect wearability.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it at no extra cost.
We do not issue refunds for shipping delays beyond our control.
Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
Any attempt to dispute a charge after purchase will be handled by our fraud team.
Chargebacks will result in a $50 return fee, and you may be charged again.
Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
